If we had to draw a picture and write a description of our ideal client, it would look a lot like Delane and Jared. Elena and I had such a great time with them. They are such kind, fun, laid-back people with easy smiles and a great sense of humor. Oh…and on top of all of that, they are cute as can be. From the very first moment we met them, they made us feel welcome and were so accommodating to all of our photo requests. Delane and Jared’s day was unique because they had been married several months before and this evening was a chance for them to celebrate with their favorite people. And we loved every moment of their unique day!

Something fairly unusual happened on Delane and Jared’s big day. Jared arrived at the venue first! 🙂 Because there wasn’t the typical hustle and bustle of bridesmaids and groomsmen, the day was super chill. Jared arrived about thirty minutes before Delane…and we made good use of that time. We were able to get some great pictures of Jared before he got busy with guests and family. Delane arrived and got dressed (and her dress was super cute and just perfect for her) and we got busy with family. Because there were no bridesmaids or groomsmen, we had plenty of time for family and Delane and Jared. Addison Grove offers so many awesome setting for pictures and we were able to capture tons of cute moments with Delane and Jared. We finished up their pictures just in time for cocktail hour.

Cocktail hour was outside under the oak trees. The weather was a bit cool, but it was perfect when you huddled close. Dinner was amazing. After dinner there were a few toasts and then it was time to party! Nikita with Austin Classic DJ kept the dance floor packed all night long. It was so much fun watching Delane and Jared celebrate with their friends and family.
