Have we mentioned before that we love small wedding?  Lily and Wei’s Terrace Club wedding was another example of what an awesome celebration a bride and groom can have with just their closest family and friends.  We loved everything about Lily and Wei’s wedding day and we’re so glad that we got to be part of it!  When Wei came to our home for the photography consultation, his primary concern was that he wanted everyone at the wedding to really enjoy themselves.  Well…from what we saw, that was never an issue.  The weather was perfect and everyone enjoyed yard games ad appetizers after the beautiful ceremony.  Dinner was AMAZING!  It was, without a doubt, the best dinner we’ve ever had a Terrace Club!  The dessert choices were unbelievable.  There was a fun photo booth.  And people danced and celebrated all evening.  We would be hard pressed to find a wedding that was more of a success and more enjoyable for the guests that Lily and Wei’s.  Of course, one of the things that made our day much easier was that we had a junior photographer taking pictures with us all day long!  He was so cute and I’m sure he got some great pictures.

One of the things that we really love about small weddings is that we typically get more time to focus on pictures.  Lily and Wei’s wedding was no exception.  They decided to do a first look and every one of their pictures is beautiful!  We had time for so many different kinds of pictures in so many different settings.  Big weddings with lots of moving parts hardly ever give us the kind of freedom to really spend quality time with the bride and groom.  We were so glad that we had that opportunity with Lily and Wei.  They are such a cute, genuine couple and we enjoyed every minute with them.  Right before dinner we had time for some amazing sunset pictures.  Later in the evening they gave us a few more minutes for some candlelit pictures inside the reception hall.

Lily and Wei, thank you so, so much for letting us be part of your day.  We had such a great time with the two of you and wish you many years of love and happiness together!
