We love October and always encourage couples to consider that month if they are looking for a fall engagement session.  The weather has finally changed from the oppressive heat of summer.  There’s a cool breeze and a warm sun.  It’s just awesome being outside!  At least it’s supposed to be.  October?!?!  What happened?!?!  The Saturday evening that we got together with Jenise and Preston, it was 96 degrees outside with no breeze!  It was so hot!  But, even the heat couldn’t keep us from having a great time with Jenise and Preston.  They are two of the sweetest people we’ve met and the pictures from their Austin engagement session are beautiful.  Elena and I are so glad that we had the opportunity to spend such a great evening with them.

Like many of our couples, we didn’t have the opportunity to meet with Jenise and Preston in person before their engagement session.  For us, one of the things that makes engagement sessions so great is that it gives us the opportunity to spend some time with people like Jenise and Preston before their wedding day.  First, it’s just nice to spend time with awesome people.  Second, we love being able to show up on the wedding day already knowing the bride and groom and feeling comfortable.  They know how we work…we know how cute they’re going to be in pictures.  It’s a win-win!

We are so excited for Jenise and Preston’s Terrace Club wedding next year!
